FORMER Accrington Stanley loanee Anthony Barry is set to open talks with manager John Coleman about a permenant switch to the Fraser Eagle Stadium, following his release at Yeovil.

Barry is thought to be in East Lancashire next week to discuss a possible deal, but Coleman admits that he doesn’t rate his chances of signing the midfielder very high because of wage demands.

‘Anthony is certainly a player I like,’ said Coleman. It’s whether or not we could afford him because he’s been on League One wages.’ said Coleman speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph.
