DEFENDER Jay Bell has snubbed Accrington Stanley’s offer of a new contract at the Fraser Eagle Stadium, saying that he is going to leave in search of first team football.
Jay, the son of assitant manager Jimmy, featured eight times for Stanley last term after a serious knee injury forced him to be sidelined, but has opted to take his chances at earning a deal elsewhere.
In other news… Ian Dunbavin has agreed a new deal with Stanley and is set to sign a new one year contract with the club on Tuesday.
