Striker George Bowerman is departing the Store First Stadium for a spell out on loan.

The 22 year old has returned to the Midlands and will spend a couple of months with Evo Stik Premier Division side Stourbridge FC in the hope of getting some good first team action under his belt.

He will remain at the War Memorial Athletic Ground until January 3 and he becomes our fourth player out for a loan spell with goalkeeper Andrew Dawber at Clitheroe, defender Liam Goulding out with Belper and striker James Jenkins who is at Padiham.

In other departure news, Academy Manager Keith Brown has mutually agreed to terminate his contract at the club with immediate affect.

Chairman Peter Marsden admitted the move had been taken with ‘regret’ but the decision will enable him to make the step into coaching and managing seniors within the game.
