GRAHAM Branch has today put pen to paper on a one-year-deal at the Fraser Eagle Stadium follwoing his release from Championship side Burnley.

Branchy, 35, can play in numerous positions including; left back, left midfield, center of midfield if needed and as a centre forward.

Tranmere Rovers saw Graham start his career, where he went on to make over a century of first team appearances.

Loan spells at local sides Bury and Wigan followed before he moved on to Stockport County. In 1998 after a falling out with manager Gary Megson, ex-Burnely boss Stan Ternet took Branch to Turf Moor, where he became an ultimate fans favourite.

The Clarets handed Graham a testimonial game,for his services to the club, at the end of last season. Almost 2,000 turned out to say goodbye to Graham Di Branchio.

Accrington.vitalfootball.co.uk were the first to break the rumour of Graham Branch coming to Accrington. We broke the news months back before his release had been confirmed at Burnley.
