BLACKBURN Rovers striker Jamie Clark looks set to be heading to the Fraser Eagle Stadium on a season long loan deal, but it could yet fall through.
Clark, 19, had agreed to switch to Accrington after the clubs had discussed the move, but Paul Ince has since taken the reigns at Ewood Park, meaning the deal could collapse if he doesn’t allow him to head out.
The young front man finished as the Rovers’ Academy top scorer dispite missing most of the season through injury, which plagued his Reserve appearances.
April saw Clark pen a new one-year contract with Rovers though, so the future could be bright for the pace man.
‘It was all agreed but a change of manager could change things,’ said Stanley chairman Eric Whalley.
‘We will have to see what happens.’

I think its the best way to go for lower League clubs. Get some of the best young players from the Premiership and give them Football League experience.
