PAUL Mullin is going no where – according to Accrington Stanley manager John Coleman who reitterated that the club have got no reason at all to sell the club’s record appearance maker.

Mullin was subject to a £55,000 bid from Coca-Cola League Two rivals Rochdale last week, and rumours around the two towns are that Dale are set to up their offer in order to get their man, who they believe can fire them to promotion to League One.

But Coleman has said that he believes that Rochdale won’t come knocking again and that he isn’t expecting any more news as far as Rochdale and Paul Mullin are concerned.

Coleman told the Accrington Observer: ‘That deal is dead as far as I am concerned,’

‘It was never even considered.

‘The chairman saying every player is for sale is a stock answer and should be taken with a pinch of salt as we don`t have to sell and don`t want to sell Paul Mullin.

‘We have got no reason to sell him.’
