PREMIER LEAGUE outfit Everton will send their Reserves to the Fraser Eagle Stadium on Wednesday 6th August with a kick off time of 7pm to complete Accrington’s Pre-Season schedule.

The Evertonians agreed to play Stanley to help the club raise the money needed in order to add a further number of seat to the stadium, which would bring a covered seating capacity of 2,000 into order by May 2009 to meet Football League rulings.

And Accrington gaffer Coleman is delighted with a further game after a weekend off on Saturday in preperation for the visit of Burnley.

Speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph, Coleman said: “We haven`t had a lot of games so this is another chance to get some practice in before the season starts.

“I would`ve liked to have played a couple more games, but the lads are all looking good so far.”

Chief Executve, Rob Heys, continued: “Stanley have a good relationship with the Merseyside outfit in recent years, taking Anthony Gerrard on loan during our time in the Nationwide Conference and playing them in a behind closed doors training match at Goodison last season.

“And the original Accrington FC`s first ever Football League match was against their fellow founder members back in 1888.”
