ACCRINGTON Stanley bring the curtain down on their campaign as they entertain East Lancashire rivals Bury Town at the Fraser Eagle Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Both Stanley and Bury are safe from the League Two drop, but with local pride all that’s left to play for, three points could be more important than you think, with the winners getting the summer bragging rights.
Stanley have yet to take three points from the Shakers since their return to the Football League two seasons ago. Both games last season ended in draws and earlier this season former Stanley striker Andrew Mangan helped Bury to a 2-1 victory.
JOHN Coleman will be without Vital Accrington Player of the Season candidate Robbie Williams and defender Liam Richardson, who underwent surgery in midweek.
Ian Craney may also miss out, as the midfield dynamo missed training this week after picking up a knee injury.
