Dawber – Dressing Room Will Help Us

Young goalie Andrew Dawber believes that the dressing room atmosphere is playing its part in our pre seasons success so far.

Speaking to the Official Site following the Darwen game, the 18 year old said.

‘It was a brilliant night for the team. The mood is relaxed and everyone wants to get what they can out of these games. Everyone has worked tremendously hard and everyone is now getting minutes under their belt.’

Dawber adds that it’s not just game days where you see the gaffer with a big smile on his face and that kind of atmosphere is definitely having an effect on the players.

‘His enthusiasm and our enthusiasm are just the perfect harmoney at the moment. We just want to play under him and do our best for him and the rest of the staff.’
