ACCRINGTON Stanley threw it all away in the last ten minutes at the Fraser Eagle Stadium on Saturday afternoon, as Bradford picked up the three points dispite Stanley leading 2-0.

Ireland Under 21s International Jimmy Ryan opened the scoring for Accrington after just 23 minutes in East Lancashire, in the last game before he jets off to Lithuania to link up with his Ireland team mates.

On loan Tranmere striker Terry Gornell then doubled Stanley’s advantage on 50 minutes, but then it all went terribly wrong for John Coleman’s men who conceded three goals in ten minutes to throw away all three points.

Michael Boulding pulled a goal back on 80 minutes, before a Barry Conlon header in the 88th minute pulled the Yorkshire men level leaving Accrington heads hanging low. But it got worse for the Reds, as Peter Thorne bagged just a minute before the end leaving Stanley’s faithful disappointed but leaving Bradford’s boys ecstatic.

I wouldn’t like to on the recieving end of Coleman’s anger in the dressing rooms at full time.

Full report coming soon.
