TOTAL Network Solutions defender Chris King will finally put pen to paper on a deal at the Fraser Eagle Stadium this week after returning from a family holiday.

King was set to sign when Colin Murdock did, but was on holiday and is expected to sign as the club finalise the deal, after watching him in Pre-Season training on Monday.

The 27-year-old was voted in the Welsh Premier’s team of the season last time out and is held in high regards by the management staff at TNS.

“I’ve had six great and successful years at TNS but I’m at an age where I wanted to test myself in the Football League.” King said speaking to SkySports.

“People have told me I’m good enough and I’m confident I can make the jump from the Welsh Premier League.”
