22 year old midfielder George Miller has moved to Chester until the New Year.
The former Preston player has made five appearances this season for Stanley, and James Beattie explained to the Official Site that it was a good time for him to go out and get a few games under his belt to continue helping his development.
‘This is a great chance for George to get some game time. We had a chat and he agreed it’s a good opportunity.’
Beattie goes on to explain that he’ll be with us for day to day training but come Saturday he’ll be getting a good game under his belt so it will help everyone.
He has signed for them in time to play against Barrow and could face off against another Stanley loanee Marcus Carver.
So far, since coming through Preston’s youth team, he has made 31 starts with a further 10 appearances from the bench and he has scored three goal – all for Stanley.
