FOUR defeats on the bounce.

So what better than two games in three days? No time for a break lads, Grimsby are our Easter Monday visitors at the Crown Ground.

A derby day defeat at home to Rochdale trigger the recent Stanley slump, with the Reds falling to a 4-2 defeat in East Lancashire.

Three Days later and we welcome Burton Albion, a game which had three points written all over it. Right? Wrong. They shocked Stanley and netted twice with John Coleman’s men failing to dirty Albion’s clean sheet.

It didn’t get any easier with a daunting trip to face Bournemouth who look set to bounce straight back up into League One after just one season.

And, then there was Dagenham and Redbridge.

But Accrington will have a double boost ahead of Grimsby’s Monday visit as both Liam Richardson and top scorer Michael Symes, look set for returns to the starting eleven.

Symes has missed Stanley’s last three games after being red carded in the defeat to Rochdale and Richardson has been struggling with a groin injury.

Youngster Alan Burton has yet again been ruled out though and will miss the game with an ankle problem that is keeping him sidelined.

Should Stanley win, it will be their 10th home victory of the season.

Vital Stanley match prediction: Accrington Stanley 2-0 Grimsby Town.
