SHREWSBURY Town gaffer Gary Peters believes that Accrington Stanley will raise their game tomorrow… because their playing in a shiny new stadium.

The Shropshire Star breaks the news that Peters believes Stanley will proove a tough test because they are playin at the ‘luxury of Town`s posh new stadium tomorrow.’

The next part has a dig at The Fraser Eagle Stadium which is ‘a world away from what they will find when they arrive on Oteley Road’.

Maybe it will… but Accrington will atleast provide a little bit of atmosphere in your ‘shiny new stadium’, with the arrival of the travelling Ultras.

“It`s a nice place to come and play for them and they`re definitely going to be up for it.” Peters said in the interview with the Shropshire Star.

Reading that you would think Accrington were playing at Old Trafford, Wembley, Anfield or maybe a trip to the Nou Camp. But just to remind readers, John Coleman takes his team to SHREWSBURY TOWN on Saturday afternoon.

Atleast they have an excuse for when the Reds beat them at home don’t they.
