VITAL ACCRINGTON STANLEY had been recently running a voting poll on the website, asking fans where they thought Stanley would finish in the 2007/08 season.

So… we asked you: What will Stanley do next season (current season)?

And this is what you have told us:

Promotion 13%
Play-Offs 10%
Top Half 12%
Mid Table 17%
Bottom Half 14%
Relegation 34%

Although it does seem highly unlikely, fans from Stanley and opposition clubs have voted that Accrington Stanley will be relegated in the 2007/08 season, with 34% of hundreds of voters saying Stanley will be back in the non-league next season.

17% voted that the Reds would finish in a mid-table position, with 14% saying a bottom half finish is the outcome for Stanley.

The remaining 35% of votes are split between Promotion, a Play-Off finish and a top half finish.

Current League Table (numbers show points):

9. Chester 35
10. Shrewsbury 34
11. Rochdale 32
12. Accrington 32
13. Stockport 30
14. Barnet 28
15. Brentford 26

Vital Accrington Stanley predicts a hot half finish for John Coleman’s side.
