ACCRINGTON Stanley saw a two goal lead slip away on Tuesday night as they entertained Premier League new boys Burnley in a Pre-Season friendly at the Crown Ground.

John Miles and Sean McConville had fired the Reds into a confortable lead before Owen Coyle’s men showed why they are in the Premier League with first Robbie Blake getting on the scoresheet before Steven Thompson added a second.
