ACCRINGTON STANLEY defender Liam Richardson will miss Accrington’s last game of the season at the Fraser Eagle Stadium, following an hernia operation.
The ever present former Blackpool man had the operation early, so that he would be fully recovered in time for the start of Pre-Season training, which starts at the end of June.
Richardson, 28, has scored once this season, which was the right back’s only goal during 121 appearances for the club.
Because of the operation, he will miss the visit of Bury Town on Saturday 3rd May.
