ROCHDALE have just this minute confirmed that the game between themselves and Accrington Stanley will go ahead after match official Colin Webster deemed the pitch playable.

Sub zero temperatures over night had cast the game into doubt with fears of the playing surface at Spotlands becoming frozen and unplayable. But Rochdale supporters showed up at 9am this morning in an attempt to help ground staff get the game on.

Kick off in Rochdale is 3pm.
