West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Jack Rose has now extended his loan spell at Accrington Stanley.
Having moved to us initially on a one month loan deal, the youngster has now signed on until January 17 after being impressive in his time so far.
Having made his senior bow in the FA Cup first round tie at Notts County, and kept a clean sheet in the game, he has gone on to make six appearances for us.
Speaking to the Official Site after the paperwork for the extension went through, Rose explained.
‘I’ve had a great time already. I feel like I’ve fitted in well and everyone’s made me feel welcome. To have the loan deal extended is great for me and hopefully it’s great for the club as well. This is a great group of lads and we just need to keep going and keep getting wins and points on the board.’
Rose goes on to say that the aim of everybody this season is to finish as high as we can in the league, and everybody is enjoying our extended spell in the FA Cup as well and he knows what a dream it would be if we could beat Yeovil in the replay and then book ourselves a date with Manchester United.
