ACCRINGTON Stanley new boy Jimmy Ryan has this morning joined up with his Republic of Ireland Under 21s team mates ahead of their match against Austria on Tuesday.

Ryan, 19, joined Stanley on a free transfer from Shrewsbury Town three weeks ago and made his debut in the Reds’ 3-0 defeat to Burnley at The Fraser Eagle Stadium.

Ireland’s squad travelled to Austria today for the game, which kicks off at 19:30 on Tuesday evening in Vienna.
