ACCRINGTON STANLEY have today recieved a massive boost with news that the club has found a new sponsor just days after Fraser Eagle dropped out.

‘Combined Stabilisation’ will have their logo emblazoned accross the front of Accrington Stanley’s home and away shirts until the end of the 2009/10 season.

This follows a few days of panic at the Fraser Eagle Stadium after the coach giants pulled out of their shirt sponsorship to focus on other avenues but decided not to cut short their sponsorship of the stadium.

Speaking about the new deal, Stanley Chief Executive Robert Heys told the Official website: “It is magnificent to be able to announce a new main sponsorship deal so quickly,’

‘Combined Stabilisation is a very successful local company and we look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership that will hopefully go well beyond the initial two year agreement.”

Combined Stabilisation are specialists in the soil stabilisation business and supply nationwide from their Rishton base.

The directors of Combined Stabilisation, Andy Thorpe and Nigel Rea who set the company up six years ago added: “We are delighted to be able to help Stanley as our company`s local team.

‘We feel that a club with such a famous name and history as this should be well supported by local businesses and we would urge other companies to help where possible.

‘It is our firm belief that this relationship will flourish well after the two years agreed and ultimately we can help fill the stands with a new generation of fans as Stanley`s support grows, which will stabilise their position in the football league.”
