Gornell bagged his third goal in three games for Stanley and is well and truely finding his scoring boots now at the Fraser Eagle Stadium after joining on loan from Tranmere Rovers last month.

Paul Mullin nodded home a second goal for a Stanley side that had pervious gone eigth games without a win in the league. Ben Davies pulled one back for the visitors but it wasn’t enough and John Coleman’s men hung on.
