FOLLOWING the postponement of Accrington Stanley’s home FA Cup Third Round tie with League One side Gillingham due to heavy snow fall, the Reds will now be in the hat for the Fourth Round.

This will add a lot more incentive to the game which is expected to be re-arranged to be played on Tuesday 12th January, as their could be a money spinning tie with a Premier League club on the cards.

A Third Round win would see Stanley collect a sum of £67,500 with considerably more to be expected should the club draw one of the countries big boys.

The draw for the F.A. Cup fourth round will be made tomorrow (Sunday 3 January) after the days scheduled games have taken place.

A very snowy Crown Ground.
