John Coleman’s Accrington Stanley crashed to yet another defeat, Swindon Town becoming the latest victors over our clueless Sunday-League looking team.

Swindon have now moved back in to the League Two play-off zone following the win, the result for Stanley leaves us on equal points with the team top of the relegation zone.

Town did start the brighter of the two sides as Lee Peacock crashed his thunderous shot off the under side of ‘keeper Kazimierczak’s crossbar. It was Stanley who eventually shot themselves in the foot. Liam Richardson handled the ball in the penalty area, minutes in to first half stoppage time, defender Jack Smith slotted the ball in with utter ease.

Nicholas sealed the points three minutes after the restart when he headed home Aaron Brown’s free-kick, which left Kazimierczak helpless after yet more bad defending.

One thing is for certain, Stanley will have to start improving or we will be back down to the Conference National, simply as!
