ACCRINGTON Stanley have today announced that they will be parting company with Danny Ventre and Andy Mangan, whilst Leam Richardson and David Brown have signed new deals.

Richardson and Brown have agreed to stay at the Fraser Eagle Stadium for a further season, as both signed one-year-deals.

Richardson, 27, joined the Reds at the beginning of the Conference winning season of 2005/06 from League One side Blackpool. The full back has made 17 short of 100 appearances for the club during his two years at the club. Before joining the Seasiders, the defender also played for Blackburn Rovers, Bolton and Notts County.

Brown, 28, joined Stanley in the same season as Richardson, he signed from Hereford United and has scored 19 in 75 appearances for the Reds to date.

Manchester, Hull City, Torquay United, Chester City, Hereford and Telford United make up the strikers ex-clubs.

It is time though to say goodbye to defender Danny Ventre, midfielder Tony Grant and striker Andy Mangan.

Mangan turned down Stanley’s offer of a new contract, but the 20-year-old opted to look for a new club. Ventre wasn’t offered a new deal at the Fraser Eagle Stadium whilst Grant has left the club after his contract was terminated by a mutual agreement.
