Accrington Stanley v Chengdu Blades: CANCELLED
John Coleman’s Accrington Stanley were set to take on Chengdu Blades at The Fraser Eagle Stadium but typical East Lancashire weather has resulted in the game being called off.
Chengdu Blades, who had been in England to take in some English football as they watched their new owners Sheffield United crash out of the F.A. Cup 3-0 at the hands of League One outfit Swansea City.
Chengdu play in the second flight of Chinese football and would have offered a great football match for fans to watch, but it wasn’t to be.
